How we work

Client

You set the brief and the pace. To begin, you provide a concise outline of your requirements—budget, timing, areas of interest, and any must-haves or no-gos. From there, you review a curated Option Pack and select the properties you wish to see. You decide when to travel for viewings, and after the tour you choose the property you want to pursue. At each step you retain control over what is shared and with whom.

Mallorca Partners (single point of contact)

You deal only with us. We keep the circle small and accountable. After aligning on your brief, we source to-fit properties and prepare a disciplined Option Pack. We arrange viewings around a focused 48–72-hour itinerary, maintain a clear thread of communication, and coordinate next steps. With your written consent, we introduce an independent lawyer and the relevant agent of record. We do not mass-circulate your details or forward your brief beyond the partners you approve. Our role is buyer-side counsel and coordination—quiet, structured, and paced to your timeline.

The circle we coordinate (with your consent)

When you authorise us to proceed, we bring in only the parties required for progress:

  • Agencies / private sellers for access to available properties and accurate status.

  • Independent legal counsel to manage due diligence, contracts, and completion.

  • Notary and banking contacts where needed for the transaction flow.

We handle scheduling and logistics: your itinerary, the viewing schedule, document exchange, and the cadence between offer, legal checks, and closing. Introductions are consent-only; information is shared on a need-to-know basis. No mailers, no broad lists.

In short: you provide the brief and make the decisions; we protect your privacy, curate to your standards, and coordinate a disciplined path from first conversation to completion.
